We read every message. Most replies go out within a few days, and puzzle corrections are usually handled faster.
What to write about
- Puzzle corrections. If a footballer's nation, position, birth year or club list is wrong, tell us the puzzle date or number and, if you can, a source for the correct fact. We will check it and update the page.
- Bug reports. If a game will not load, a guess is not accepted, or the layout breaks, include the page URL, your device and browser, and what you expected to happen.
- Feedback and ideas. Tell us which games you enjoy and what you would like to see next. We cannot promise to build every idea, but we read them all.
- Privacy questions. Ask about anything in our privacy policy, including how to have information you sent us deleted.
- Press and partnerships. Use the same address and put "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.
Before you email
Many common questions are answered on the home page and on the Guess the Footballer page, including when a new puzzle appears, how the clues work and how streaks are saved. There are no accounts on GuessWhiz, so there is no password or login to recover.
What we cannot help with
GuessWhiz does not host third-party games, does not sell player data and is not affiliated with any club, league or player. We cannot provide official statistics, transfer news or fantasy-football advice.
